We combine a blend of our orchard-ripe peaches with Blenheim apricots, and cook them with sugar and lemon juice in copper pots for a traditional French style of jam with loads of fresh fruit flavor. Made by hand in small batches, our jam is truly a treat. Delicious on toast, in cookies, or with cheese on crackers. 9 ounces.
