We can ship your order to anywhere in the US! Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days (excluding holidays and weekends). We ship via USPS Priority Mail, so once your order is shipped it should arrive within 1-3 business days. USPS delivery times are currently extended due to Covid and they can’t guarantee delivery timelines. Returns & Refunds
Many of our products pose a challenge to ship. We check the integrity of seals before packing orders, and strive to pack our products so they will arrive safely at your door. Unfortunately, jar seals do occasionally pop during transit, and glass packaging does occasionally break. If your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo as soon as possible. We will send a replacement or give you a refund.
Local Pickup
We also offer a free contactless pickup option for customers who can travel to our pickup site in Davis. When your order is ready for pickup, you’ll receive an email with the pickup location address and details of how to find your order. Local pickup is self-serve, so you are welcome to come by whenever is convenient (although it is more difficult to locate in the dark).
